The other day when we were all busy going in many directions...
Karl was in the laneway briefing an employee about the days plans when he looked east and saw a little smoke and then..

PLOOM - a big burst of flame.. he called the fire department.

 They got there in time to save other buildings but this one, which was a horse barn, was definitely too far gone.  All the horses had been turned out on pasture earlier that morning... no one was hurt and cause of fire is unknown.
This property is in an Estate... and is for sale.  It is 158 acres for $13.5 million.  Welcome to the Fraser Valley... realistate is NUTS.
Needless to say it has been for sale for quite some time.
